Yield:1 1/2 cups cherry tomato toppings for 3-4 people 1x
1 pint of cherry tomatoes (2 cups)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoonbalsamic vinegar
1/2 teaspoondried Italian seasoning
Serve with toasted crusty bread slices
Cut cherry tomatoes in half into equally sized pieces.
In a medium sized bowl, add in the halved cherry tomatoes, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Italian seasoning, and salt. Using a spoon, toss all ingredients together for about 30 seconds or until well-combined.
Assemble the dressed cherry tomatoes on top of a crusty piece of bread. Give each bruschetta a final drizzle of the seasoned balsamic dressing from the bottom of the mixing bowl before serving.
